At Unstuck we utilize Emotionally Focused Therapy.
EFT is evidence-based psychotherapy that is considered the Gold Standard of Relationship healing.This model takes into consideration attachment, neuroscience, family of origin, and unproductive conflict cycles to create lasting change.
No couples therapy has as much research support as Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT). Ninety percent (90%) of couples who go through EFT significantly improve their relationship and 70-75% of couples no longer fit criteria for relationship distress following treatment.

Pre-Marital Counseling
After taking an online SYMBIS assessment you and your partner will attend 6 hours of pre-marital counseling to explore themes of attachment, family history, intimacy, personality, and more.
- Offered as either 6, consecutive weekly sessions OR 1 Day, 6 Hour Intensive.
- Unstuck also provides your notarized affidavit to receive a discount on the purchase of your marriage license.
- Cost: $900 with a deposit of 50% at booking that is non-refundable.
